A Home Watch Expert provides weekly, biweekly inspections of your property looking for potential problems. We create a custom checklist to ensure nothing is missed and promptly provides a report along with photos as needed. If a potential issue is noticed, you are immediately notified and things can be dealt with before they get worse. Documents can also be used for Insurance Claims.

Condo/townhouse up to 2,300 total Sq.Ft       $30 per weekly visit

House up to 3,500 Sq Ft                                      $35 per weekly visit

Property up to 5,000 Sq Ft                                  $40 per weekly visit

Domain up to 7,000 Sq Ft                                    $55 per weekly visit

Extra Service Fees: Time + Material for additional Labor and Supplies

Rates billed hourly in 15 min increments as needed: $55/ hour regular business hours 9am to 6 pm-Monday-Friday

Overtime: 1.5 times the hourly rate hours beyond regular business hours (M-Sat)

Double Time: 2 times the hourly rate on Sundays and Legal Holidays

• Buy 5 Hour Package:  A great way to try out our services at a special rate (10 visits) $270

• Buy 10 Hour Package: Will help you get some items off your to do list and a local person at your service (20 visits) $520

• Buy 20 Hour Package : You may want us to keep up with things on a regular basis and handle the unexpected things for you (40 visits) $1020

Hours remain in credit for 12 months from date of purchase and packages are based on 2,300 Sq Ft rate for example.
